Fantasy Football Week 5 Start 'Em and Sit 'Em! Start Randall Cobb in week 5 and keep playing him!
Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports
Randall Cobb has started his 2016 season off rather slow. He hasn't had a game over 60 receiving yards yet. He also has yet to find himself in the back of the end zone. Everyone is freaking out and doesn't know what to do with the Packers wide out.
Well, here is what you need to do! If you have drafted Cobb with the hopes that he is going to be a useful WR 2, then you are most likely disappointed with his lack of production. Cobb started last season off just as bad. The only difference was that he was able to get into the end zone. Owners didn't really notice his lack of receiving yards early because they were just looking at his point production. Randall Cobb got out of his yardage slump last year by having back to back 100+ yard games. Expect his break out week to be week 5.
The Green Bay Packers face off against the New York Giants in week 5. That means Aaron Rodgers is going up against a very weak secondary. The Giants have yet to get one interception and have allowed 300+ passing yards per game. Just imagine a great quarterback like Rodgers having a lot of time to drop back and throw the ball up. This is going to be the week of Randall Cobb. Expect him to not only find the end zone but to also rack up over 100 receiving yards. No matter what, if you drafted Cobb than you need to keep playing him. He is to good to not have in your lineup.
Fantasy Football Week 5: Start Le'Veon Bell vs the Jets!
Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports
The Pittsburgh Steelers were not the only ones glad to see Bell back on the grid iron. If you have Le'Veon Bell on your fantasy football team than you are thankful he's back in action. Bell had 178 all purpose yards in week 4 vs the Chiefs. Expect him to do similar verse the New York Jets.
The New York Jets have a surprisingly good run defense. They have held decent backs to below average games but that'll change when they meet The Bell Dozer this Sunday. You can basically pencil in about five catches and a score for Mr. Bell. He also should have a fun day running the ball.
It must be awesome having a guy like Le'Veon Bell in your lineup.
Jameis Winston has looked shaky in his first couple of games. Dirk Koetter said after the game that he is very concerned with his second year quarterback.
"He's not regressing, but we've got to take care of the football. I mean, we've got to take care of the football. We can't turn it over three times in a half. We just can't do that."
Jameis Winston currently is second in the league in interceptions. Ryan Fitzpatrick of course is leading that contest. Winston has thrown for 1,108 yards in a total of four games. He has also thrown for 8 touchdowns. If you just knew that, then you wouldn't think much of it. However, it's the fact that he has thrown 8 interceptions.
The question is, should Tampa Bay be nervous? What do you guys think?
