The Gunners have yet to address their needs for a legitimate striker and the back four. However, they could end up swaying James Rodriguez to come to Arsenal, per reports. The rumors are that Real Madrid is trying to get rid of James Rodriguez. This comes as very little shock considering the fact that Zidane didn't really have Rodriguez in the future for Real Madrid.
Rodriguez is a very special mid-fielder. He can pass well and has above average pace. Arsenal doesn't really have much of a need for the mid-fielder but certainly could use one. Especially a guy with the talent of Colombian James Rodriguez.
Zidane clearly favorites Isco in the middle of the park and Rodriguez has struggled to get a starting job. With his talent, he knows he is worthy of a starting position and most likely would want to get out of Madrid.
The Arsenal goalie is Rodriguez's brother in law. David Ospinia is the keeper for the Gunners and is related to James. That right there could be enough to sway the Colombian to join Arsenal.
Everyone has been wondering about Joel Embiid's current status. Well 76ers head coach Brett Brown was on "The Lowe Post" podcast today and he talked about Joel Embiid a lot. "I just left my third consecutive day working out with Joel," Brown said. "He just is so on track, he's on track in his head, he's on track physically. I will tell you that, behind closed doors, physically, mentally, recent scans medically, everything is pointing in the right direction."
Brett Brown also said that Joel Embiid should be ready for the season. Not only did he say that he will be ready for the season, but he will also be ready for the pre-season. As of right now, Joel Embiid should be able to play verse the Boston Celtics on October 4th.
Philadelphia 76er fans have been eager to see Joel Embiid play. He was drafted third overall back in 2014. Embiid has yet to see the court due to a injury in his right foot.
Even though his current health status remains up in the air. The 32 year old forward has been linked to trade rumors with the Knicks. Miami Heat head coach Erik Spolstra addressed the rumors and said that he wasn't concerned.
Even though the Knicks have done a lot of signings and trades, they still want more. Phil Jackson has made it clear that he wants to add another big man to the equation. Maybe Jackson is crazy enough to take a risk on Chris Bosh.
Just imagine if Chris Bosh can play with New York. I mean that team would go from just Carmelo Anthony to Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, Courtney Lee, Brandon Jennings, and now Chris Bosh! If Bosh has any chance of playing, the New York Knicks need to bounce on him. Find a way to get Chris into the organization for cheap and take a risk. If it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out but if it does then this Knicks team is SCARY.
